We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support the Vine Apparel business with recruitment, training, work health and safety, onboarding, and managing workplace relations and some office administration.Focus on the following areas:Employee lifecycle: recruitment, training, skills development, safety training, Employee relations: up to date with Fair Work codes, OHS, compliance and workplace safety, employee issues/concernsAdministration: general administration, filing, documentation, managing annual leave and timesheetsWe are ideally looking for someone who can work part time hours across 5 days. This could suit someone working around school hours. We operate both warehouse, retail and head office so ideally a candidate with similar experience that has specific knowledge and best practice in national employment standards.Skills required:Experience in warehouse, retail, head office staff managementEmployee relations experience and employment matters in line with Fair Work RequirementsExperience implementing safety systems, Knowledge of recruitment processKnowledge of modern awardsExperience in Human Resource Management (2-3 years' experience)Excellent communication skillsProfessional approachAbility to handle highly sensitive information in a professional mannerAttention to detailSelf motivated
