Reserve Management Couple-Remote Australia Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Reserve Management Couple to join the team. The company comprises of six outback / remote properties spread across three states of Australia. This role involves working across any / all properties from time to time in a managerial capacity supporting existing managers, covering leave at different sites, doing relief assignments etc. The successful candidates will be based at one of the company’s South Australian properties when not undertaking relief assignments. The successful candidates need to be flexible and willing to work across any of the company’s sites and be willing to work under existing management. This is a very hands on role working across all areas of the properties and various locations. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a great company. Package: $78,500 per person super ($157,000 Combined Salary) Free onsite Accommodation Duties: Assist with the day to day management of remote properties in a hands on capacity covering onsite accommodation, retail outlets, food and beverage outlets, fuel outlets, camp grounds etc Hands on work in kitchens, retail, food & beverage, housekeeping and maintenance Hands on front counter work Opens and Closes of venues General administration duties Purchasing and Stock Control Accommodation reservations, guest arrivals and departures Counting and balancing of tills, general banking and invoicing procedures Monitor fuel levels / fuel dips Ensuring safe environment for staff and guests Offer excellence in customer service Report to onsite managers and offsite owners and offer regular updates in relation to site operations Supervise / Manage a small team of seasonal staff Other duties as required Candidate Requirements: Willing to live and work in remote destinations Be flexible and willing to work across different sites Able to be hands on across all areas of the properties Be flexible and happy to work different shifts / different days off etc if required Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Hold or obtain prior to offer a National Police Clearance Be willing to obtain relevant liquor licensing qualifications, food safety certificates etc Be willing to commit to a minimum 12 months Additional Information: Candidates need to be able to handle living and working in remote locations.
