To be Successful: Current AHPRA registration without restrictions Minimum of 12 months experience in a hospital or Residential Aged Care setting. Current police check Proof of up to date mandatory vaccinations Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure quality patient care. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Other Requirements: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is not essential but highly desirable.
