Your Role As a Senior Occupational Therapist in a community setting, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting participants through government-funded programs, including NDIS, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
You will be backed by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, guided by evidence-based treatment pathways, and given the autonomy to manage your caseload effectively.
You will be responsible for: The delivery of impactful clinical and therapeutic interventions in Disability and Community settingsLead and mentor junior therapists, fostering professional growth and high-quality careConduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA's) and develop therapy plans to support participant goalsCollaborate with participants, families, and support teams to drive positive outcomesContribute to continuous improvement projects and strategic service developmentWork independently while being supported by an experienced and collaborative teamWhat We Offer: Your wellbeing matters to us, which is why we offer mental health days, health kick funds, and access to lifestyle discounts.
