Bindaree Food Group (BFG) is a vertically integrated supply chain business delivering global meat solutions both domestically and internationally and has solidified its position as a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry.Job DescriptionReporting to the General Manager - Sales, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). As part of our Sales Department, you will play a key role in supporting our international operations, particularly between Australia and China. Your responsibilities will include order processing, stakeholder management, and marketing support — helping us strengthen our presence in the Chinese market.Part-time (25 hours per week).Ideally, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM to align with the time difference between Australia and China.Key Responsibilities:Accurate and efficient data entry — processing orders into our system.Provide customer service support and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) in China on basic marketing and event coordination.Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.What We’re Looking For:Meat industry knowledge (preferred).Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Why Join Us?Opportunity to be part of a growing meat supply chain business.Work in a flexible part-time role with international exposure.Collaborate with a supportive and driven team.Join us and be a key player in connecting the Australian meat industry with the Chinese market!
