We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive team of our client. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of the company. Your new role
* Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
* Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience in construction is mandatory.
* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or CPA, is highly desirable.
* Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and construction industry standards.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
