What you'll be doingIn this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, helping to ensure the CEO's day runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
Executive Support: Provide top-level executive assistance to the CEO, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and supporting both leadership and board meetings.Diary & Schedule Management: Keep the CEO's calendar organised, prioritising meetings and projects with a keen eye for detail.Communication & Correspondence: Handle emails, calls, and other communication, ensuring clear, professional, and timely responses.Project Support: Keep track of project timelines and progress, ensuring that the CEO is up to date and everything is on track.Confidential Information: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.Tech-Savvy Efficiency: Leverage tech tools to streamline workflows and help the CEO stay organised and efficient.Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and ready to take on any additional tasks that arise in our dynamic, growing business.Who we're looking forThe ideal candidate will be someone who's proactive, organised, and loves using technology to streamline processes. You should bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams).A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.A self-starter who is also able to work well within a team.The ability to adapt to change with a flexible attitude.A high level of confidentiality and professionalism.A valid driver's license.How to Apply We'd love to hear from you!
