About the Job
The Operations Manager will oversee the seamless operation of the hotel, ensuring the achievement of established Crowne Plaza quality, guest, and colleague standards, as well as departmental revenue and profit goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to deliver results and achieve high engagement
* Act as 2IC to the General Manager and hotel leader in their absence
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment
