Join us in making a difference The Role: We are currently looking for hospitality workers to work at Edward Collick Home, our residential facility in Kalgoorlie, assisting with cleaning and laundry responsibilities. This role is offered on a casual basis. Minimum 3 weekdays and 1 weekend availability is required. Key responsibilities: Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas Follows cleaning schedule Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organizational values Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with others, utilizing appropriate channels for assistance guidance and concerns Responds to emergency cleaning requirements as directed About you As a Hospitality (Cleaning & Laundry) Service worker you will be responsible for managing cleaning and laundry routines in line with the schedule. Essential Criteria: Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage) Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents.
