About the Position
The Senior Coordinator, Regional Health and Wellbeing, will deliver high-quality support services to students, provide consultation to staff regarding student mental health and wellbeing, and contribute to wellbeing and engagement initiatives on campus.
As part of a multi-campus team, the Senior Coordinator, Regional Health and Wellbeing, will represent Wellbeing Services at the Shepparton campus, serving as a key point of contact for students seeking wellbeing support and information.
Duties
* Provide assessment, therapeutic counselling, crisis intervention, case coordination, and referrals.
* Coordinate care and offer tailored support for students facing significant psychosocial challenges that impact their personal and academic success.
Requirements
* Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or equivalent including registration/membership with the relevant body.
* Experience in assessment, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and case management, including working with complex client presentations and diverse client groups.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
* Demonstrated high level of self-motivation and personal management skills.
* Capacity to be flexible in a dynamic environment.
