This is a key leadership position within the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC). Equipped with your senior-level leadership skills you will lead a senior team of Conciliation Team Managers with a focus on continuous development of a high performing, collaborative and supportive leadership team. This includes overseeing continuous improvement and quality standards, and promoting a professional, constructive, accountable and learning culture.Harnessing your strengths in stakeholder engagement, you will work collaboratively with other leaders to identify and actively respond to employee, stakeholder, and service challenges.
