Time left to apply End Date: April 2, 2025 (11 days left to apply)job requisition id REQ- The Role: Lendlease WA currently have an opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join the business and lead the delivery of a long-term, large-scale project South of Perth.Based on site, you will take ownership of the overall construction site, and you will lead and mentor a team of Site Managers and Supervisors across all major trade packages.You will work closely with our site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues, as well as being responsible for overall project planning, site-based procurement, managing subcontractors, and taking ownership of safety and compliance. To be successful you will bring: Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a reputable company, along with relevant trade and/or Building Construction qualifications.Demonstrated experience delivering major building projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budget.Prior experience on Defence Industry and/or Government projects will be highly regarded.Strong communications, leadership and influencing skills, all key when dealing with several internal and external stakeholders.A methodical, and detail-oriented approach, with strong planning skills.A passion for safety, and ability to drive compliance with safety processes onsite.Be a self-starter and take ownership of your project.
