Business Advisor Role Summary
This role is a Business Advisor position that involves managing an existing portfolio of marketing services customers in a face-to-face account management role. The focus is to maintain and grow customer spend, and utilize solution selling techniques to sell the Thryv Client Experience CRM (SaaS) system.
Salary Information
$134,200 per annum, comprising $71,500 base salary, $13,000 car allowance, and $41,500 on-target earnings, plus 11.5% superannuation.
About the Role
As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of SME customers using solution selling techniques within marketing services. You will leverage your portfolio of clients to ensure they are purchasing the award-winning Thryv Client Experience CRM (SaaS) system, which helps them manage their business more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily face-to-face account management meetings and sales
2. Achieving monthly sales targets
3. Maintaining current customer portfolio while upselling and cross-selling the Thryv Client Experience CRM (SaaS) system
4. Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure KPIs and targets are met
5. Understanding client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions
About You
We are seeking a self-starter with exceptional customer service skills and experience in face-to-face selling to small to medium businesses. A strong understanding of the digital media landscape and ability to solution sell across a range of products and services is essential.
