Role and Responsibilities Basic social media account management of platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook.Communicate with players through on-site chats and direct messages.Assist with customer support team queries on social platforms.Engage customers with creative social content, be that written or visual, when required.Develop and support both existing and new competitions or bonus initiatives that resonate with community interests.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate insights.Work experience and skills Managing multiple social media accounts.Experience with growing, maintaining, and managing a community.Use of social media tools such as Buffer, Tweet Deck, Hootsuite, etc.Personal qualities and behavioural traits Ability to create compelling visual and written content when required.Ability to input data with strong attention to detail.Excellent written and communicative skills are necessary.In tune with online social media trends, pop culture, and newsworthy topics.Ability to take initiative.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, & Figma.Bonus points if you also have: Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous.Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous.Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom.Some of the perks of working for us: EAP access for you and your family.Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform.Paid volunteer day.Two full-time baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea or fresh juice!
