Since our beginnings, we've been committed to offering our customers the widest possible range of stylish, affordable, and built to last products teamed up with the very best in customer service.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis role is a permanent full-time role, and we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is passionate about leading the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and optimising processes, managing logistics, and driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance, cost control, and team leadership. Our Devonport Warehouse is a Cross Docking facility that receives and handles our Northern Tasmania store and Customer Home Deliveries.Key Responsibilities includeMaximising warehouse efficiency, ensuring product delivery cycles are met and applying optimum workflow strategies.Coordinating resources and prioritising tasks to meet inbound and outbound deadlines, including accuracy.Ensuring cost effective logistics and fulfilment practices, enabling budgeted KPIs.Recruiting, training and leading a team of 2 to 4 warehouse staff including fostering a high-performance culture.Assisting with picking, packing and dispatching functions including QA and accurate inventory management.Assisting with unloading products, effective storage and warehousing of products.Collaborating with leadership to align warehouse operations with business goals and scale for future growth.Ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols, promoting a safe and organised working environment.About YouDesired Skills and Experience3+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a senior warehousing / logistics role.Industry knowledge and links to professional associations.Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Expertise in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse systems (WISE (WMS) and REX (POS) experience advantageous).Effective communicator with a problem-solver mindset.A continuous improvement approach and a keen eye for process optimisation.Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and best practices in warehouse management.Why Early SettlerCompetitive remuneration and career development opportunities.Opportunity to drive change and improve operations in a dynamic environment.No late-night trade which means work-life balance for you!Generous team member discount – 20% discount on cost price.Supportive workplace culture.Apply NowIf this sounds like the role for you, please click the ‘Apply’ button and submit your resume.
