We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Operations Leadership Team as Head of Operations Delivery for our Australia and New Zealand airline.

About the role
* Leadership of Operations Delivery teams including crewing operations, operations control, dispatch operations, customer operations and other operational services.
* Ensure delivery of workforce planning functions across our largest work groups in Cabin Crew and Flight Crew.
* Driving a safety culture and ensuring the safety of our team members and customers is our number one priority.
* Identifying and leading the implementation of opportunities to achieve Jetstar's strategic, commercial and cost objectives.
* Delivering transformational change in how Jetstar manages its operations.
About you
We're searching for someone who:
* Has significant experience within an airline operations environment or workforce planning.
* Brings a genuine passion for people leadership.
* Strong commercial and business acumen with a demonstrated ability to maintain a strategic focus.
* Financial management skills and experience in managing a sizeable budget.
* Knowledge of aviation compliance requirements and obligations related to union consultation and employment agreements.
