This full-time role offers flexible working conditions, including options for office-based and remote work. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, enhancing service quality, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage innovative, person-centred support plans tailored to individual client needs.
Lead client intake, onboarding, and risk management processes.
Identify and address training needs within the workforce to maintain high standards of care.
Collaborate with Team Leaders to align services with client goals and organisational objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.
Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Essential Criteria
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the disability sector, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of NDIS funding, compliance, and service delivery.
Proven ability to manage risks, develop support plans, and identify workforce training needs.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Disability (desirable) or Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent).
Mandatory Requirements
Current DHS Working with Children Clearance or NDIS Clearance.
National Criminal History Check (within the last six months).
First Aid Certificate, including CPR.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
