What You Bring 10 years of experience in Managed IT Services, with expertise across networking, infrastructure, cloud, security, and collaboration. A proven track record in managing enterprise or mid-market accounts, with a strong focus on customer success and sales growth. Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution selling, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic, systematic approach to account planning.
