We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our Head Office Staff Restaurant team.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
A strong background in high-volume cooking, preferably within a leading British Gastropub, is essential. Additionally, knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promote exceptional customer service and maintain a positive dining experience
* Prepare a range of freshly cooked dishes to the highest standard
* Collaborate on menu development and creative food concepts
* Maintain accurate records of food preparation, stock levels, and waste management
* Ensure adherence to food safety standards, food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-volume kitchen
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Demonstrable ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure
