The Position :
To ensure the Martinus quality management plan is implemented on site with the document review and submission process of quality-related documentation. Ensuring non-conformances are mitigated, identified, and reported to ensure compliance with the project specification.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Specific :
o Ensure compliance with current regulations.
o Monitor and report on project activities, processes, and procedures.
o Assist in the development of internal auditing tools and conduct internal audits and reports.
o Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.
o Perform reviews to ensure adherence to Martinus HSEQ processes and procedures.
o Provide construction teams and management with quality planning and support.
o Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions.
o Prepare and maintain quality management documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS / TICKETS / COMPETENCIES
Experience Required :
o 5-10 years’ experience in a quality role within a major construction environment.
