The Position:
1. Task-based office, working alongside another Property Manager
2. Routine inspections
3. Maintenance
4. Entries & exits
5. Processing invoices
6. Full admin support from the Receptionist
7. NO leasing, NO BDM or trust accounting + VA support
Requirements:
1. 12+ months experience in Property Management
2. QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
3. Australian drivers license
4. Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
5. Outstanding organisation and time management
6. Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
