Our client is a well known manufacturer who are looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis part-time. You will be working directly with end users, therefore you must be okay to work onsite at their St Kilda Road location.
The Role
As a Desktop Support Engineer your will demonstrate a personable, flexible, and can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure. You will Provide exceptional technical support to end users and as well as helping with training for new starters. Above all you have great customer service skills and you are dedicated to providing a professional approach that customers will remember you for.
Your Skills & Experience
1. Excellent understanding of Active Directory/AzureAD
2. Strong experience with O365.
3. Experience provisioning laptops
4. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
5. A self-starter who values teamwork.
6. Exceptional communication skills.
About you
You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background. Combine this with your brilliant technical insights and previous experience working on a helpdesk or IT support, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
