Navigating through our complex work environment, we bring teams and individuals together to deliver on our customers’ expectations.As the Resources & FIFO Operations Coordinator, you will be working closely with strategic and blue-chip corporate customers and delivering on their expectations. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering key service initiatives and contracted responsibilities whilst complying with guidelines and processes. The position operates on a Sunday to Friday basis, with potential overtime opportunity for additional work dependent on operational requirements. This diverse role will utilise your customer service focus and problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork capabilities.You’ll have:Proven experience in managing corporate client relationships effectively.Exceptional customer service skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to collaborate with various departments, including Catering, Network, and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination.Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus and/or Reservations is highly desirable.Willingness to work flexible hours, including beyond scheduled shifts during periods of disruption.Strong team player with the capability to work independently when needed.Highly skilled in multitasking and time management to handle competing priorities efficiently.Quick thinking and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to contribute to problem-solving initiatives.Why Qantas?You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
