YOUR NEW ROLE As a key valued member of the winning New Client Enquiries team, you will love the variety and responsibility of being the FIRST professional contact for all new incoming personal injury clients (via the phone).
You will enjoy doing an initial 'fact-find', technically assessing client enquiries based on legal principles, attending to their initial queries, determining which solicitor/s are best suited to help them, allocating solicitors to clients and arranging client-solicitor meetings.
Occasionally, you will also support paralegals/lawyers with back-up administration/filing support as needed.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have minimum 12 months OR more experience working EITHER: 1) as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal in a law firm; OR 2) have worked in a customer service/client enquiries role (preferably in a call-centre) in any industry sector ; can definitely commit 4 or 5 days Mondays-Fridays (8.30am-5.30pm) ongoing and long-term; are a real 'PEOPLE' person with proven outstanding high customer-service skills, are patient and empathetic (essential); have a warm +friendly professional PHONE manner+ high attention to detail (essential); thrive in a busy, vibrant and fast-paced environment; have a serious interest in personal injury law + are hungry to progress your career with a 1st-class personal injury law firm.
