The Hospital:
Our client is a top-tier, fully-accredited regional hospital situated in a university town, and serves as a prominent training facility catering to over 230,000 people. The hospital provides an array of acute and sub-acute services. The Victorian State Government has recently announced a significant redevelopment plan that is expected to be completed in the next few years. This redevelopment initiative will encompass several key additions, including a state-of-the-art emergency department, an acute mental health facility, a women's and children's hub, an intensive care unit, and an expanded critical care department, with at least 100 additional beds. These new facilities will be equipped with the latest cutting-edge technology and equipment, including operating theatres, procedure rooms, endoscopy suites, consulting rooms, and high dependency care units - facilitating an additional 4,000 surgeries annually.
The Requirements:
* Registered with AHPRA with Specialist Registration in Emergency Medicine.
* IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
* Specialist IMGs assessed by ACEM and found to be substantially comparable.
