About the Role:
The Pharmacy Business Advisor (PBA) is a key role in the Member Acquisition and Engagement Team and is responsible for the successful execution of Platform Alliance Group’s (PAG) pharmacy brand strategies and standards. Its purpose is to develop and maintain meaningful relationships by providing consistent support and leadership to members and their teams, implementing PAG programs and services that drive member growth and deliver on PAG and member imperatives.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Understand member expectations and implement strategies to maximize pharmacy performance and sales growth within the allocated territory.
* Provide coaching to pharmacy leaders and teams to enhance operations, efficiency, and customer experience.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the local market and generate store-specific recommendations for growth.
* Ensure adherence to PAG compliance benchmarks and implement rebate programs effectively.
* Support category management principles, optimize store merchandising, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed.
* Use business data to identify opportunities, manage expectations, and maximize profitability.
* Identify and promote value-added programs, facilitate membership upgrades, and partner with the acquisition team to attract new members.
* Implement in-store marketing programs, co-branding initiatives, and promotional activities aligned with brand standards.
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and business success.
* Mentor team members, contribute to onboarding, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
