About your role: Deliver a high level of customer service, demonstrating empathy patience and understanding by various modes including face to face, verbal, or written communication. Comprehensively understand Queensland Health policies and procedures relevant to functions performed within the department for Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme and the Domestic and Overseas Staff Travel policy and monitor policy compliance. Ability to use systems such as OpTML (Opus Travel Management Link), HBCIS (Hospital Based Corporate Information System), FAMMIS (Finance and Materials Management Information System), Microsoft word, excel and outlook programs, and additional information systems as required. Work harmoniously within the team with minimal supervision to deliver a highly effective and cost-efficient travel services to patients and staff, demonstrating ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
