About the Role:
*This role will require interstate travel and potential overseas travel*
As the Business Development Manager, you will report to the National Sales Manager and work alongside a team of Sales Reps and BDMs in an open-plan office. Responsibilities will include looking after QLD and NT customers, managing key accounts, creating quotes and following up, providing technical advice and solutions, and expanding the client base.
Responsibilities:
* Sales territory covers QLD, NSW and NT.
* Provide technical advice and solutions for customers.
* Create quotations for customers and follow up for feedback.
* Develop lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
* Promote all services including sales, hire, parts and servicing.
* Expand customer base and product awareness.
* Attend trade shows and events to promote products and services.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Development position.
* Water blasting, pump, hydraulic or mechanical knowledge.
* Experience managing high-profile customers.
* Ability to introduce and execute sales strategies.
* Track record of achieving KPIs.
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel interstate and overseas.
* Great verbal and written communication skills.
