About the Role: Do you fancy working in a small yet highly creative team? We're looking for a passionate and confident graphic designer who thrives in a fun yet fast-paced working environment. You will need relevant qualifications in design, some experience under your belt, and a fondness for Adobe Creative Suite. You should have the ability to balance multiple projects, master time management, and feel comfortable liaising with hotel stakeholders. A typical day for our designers can include menu design, event collateral, social media assets, animations, signage, stationery, brand development, brainstorming, and collaborating on promotional ideas—no day is ever the same! Our Graphic Designers work in collaboration with hotel teams, the Marketing team, and Senior Management on producing marketing content. You will develop brand guidelines and follow existing guidelines for individual hotels to ensure consistency across all marketing materials, assist with photoshoots, filming and post-production, social media management, and have the opportunity to attend Marketing meetings onsite at hotels every couple of weeks.
