You will coach and develop your people to understand and meet our customer's needs, build motivated and engaged teams, and instil a high-performance edge and customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team's digital transformation efforts, promoting adoption of digital services to streamline customer interactions.
* Oversee and train staff on digital platforms to ensure a cohesive, tech-savvy team that meets customer needs effectively.
* Deliver effective customer management, retention and satisfaction advocacy for your customer base.
* Lead a motivated and engaged team intent on achieving both their Individual and Branch results.
* Role model and support a risk management culture through behaviours, discussions and interactions with employees and customers.
Requirements
* Strong leadership skills in managing a digitally-enabled environment and coaching staff on digital service offerings.
* Experience implementing digital customer service strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Demonstrated Leadership experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
* Interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflict.
