Let's discuss, what does flexibility look like for you?The Opportunity We are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey and are looking for a skilled SBA to support the Stream Lead on the end to end design and implementation of the chart of accounts (CoA), enterprise business models (EBMs) and enterprise structures stream of the Finance Systems Transformation.The Program will enhance and uplift our systems to be fit-for-purpose for the wide range of businesses we operate, and future-focussed in terms of delivering insights and value for the broader Woolworths Group.What you'll do: This is a critical project role supporting the transformation and enablement of the CoA, EBMs and Enterprise Structure stream of the Finance Systems Transformation program.CoA transformation including GL account rationalisation, implementation of functional area / other dimensionality as needed, and alignment in the use of SAP objects across the group Development of the EBMs (Enterprise Business Models) to align performance reporting across the group (P&L's, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements by BU), including the rules to be used to configure them in the system Design of the target state Enterprise Structure including lifting the use of Profit Center to BU level, the use of Site for Store / Managerial reporting, the use of company code, partner profit centre, trading partner, WBS etc. Identification of interdependencies across the entire FST program given the critical foundational nature of this stream, and assessment and identification of impacts to process, upstream/downstream systems and org design Establish and steer the project working group and other required forum What you'll bring: Greater than 5 years experience in a variety of finance roles including SAP enterprise structures, CoA design and development Experience in understanding accounting process design impacts on CoA design Experience in managing a large and complex finance systems and process implementation program (finance master data, CoA design, enterprise structures and functional management reporting highly desirable) Experience in the development of both internal and external reporting frameworks Experience in facilitating a variety of people; experience in storytelling and presenting to senior business stakeholders What you'll experience A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeing.
