Credit Specialist Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Credit Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and understand customers' financial situations to offer appropriate hardship solutions.
* Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups.
* Evaluate all collection activities to ensure they are documented accurately and thoroughly in our systems.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers in financial distress.
* Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure.
* Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.

Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
