The Opportunity
Silk Hospitality are calling for all experienced Supervisors, Leaders & Managers to register their interest in upcoming Housekeeping Supervisory roles across The Gold Coast & surrounding areas.
As an onsite leader with Silk Hospitality, you will have the chance to lead & manage a diverse workforce, further develop your personal & professional skills all whilst interacting with key, well-known clients within the hotel industry.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to.
* Ensure team KPI’s are met or exceeded
* Assist with recruitment & employee mentoring
* Plan & coordinate housekeeping activities according to contract terms
* Deliver regular reports to the Operations Manager
* Roster staff
About you?

You will demonstrate complex problem-solving abilities & pride yourself on your strong customer service skills. Additional attributes & talents include.
* Housekeeping or cleaning experience
* Prior experience in a leadership or people management role
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment & able to remain calm during times of pressure
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Able to drive results within a team & hold people accountable
* Competent with computer systems & Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrate problem solving capabilities, innovation & a proactive approach
