This is a diverse and fast-paced role working on a significant civil/mining project based in Orange, NSW. This is a full-time FIFO position on an 8/6 roster travelling from Brisbane to Orange or alternatively for someone locally based, working on an 8/6 roster. Your knowledge of contemporary human resources will give you the ability build on our established processes and influence managers while advocating and supporting our positive culture and showcasing your HR generalist skills in a practical environment. Responsibilities Providing support and guidance for the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function on a project site Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and industrial relations to managers on various P&C matters Collaborate with stakeholders on various organisational capability, diversity, leadership, and change initiatives Coordinate employee onboarding and support the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment as required Coordinating the performance review process Essential Skills and Attributes Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma. An understanding of different industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and Australian Legislation Working within a team effectively MS office skills (intermediate) Customer service focus Problem analysis and decision making Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines Have a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism Proven experience dealing with internal stakeholders and strong communication skills What’s next?
