About You As a Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative, and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences. You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
