What you'll do This is a really exciting 12-month contract that will be supported by a team of experienced marketers and communications professionals.
As our Copywriter, you'll produce innovative and customer-centric copy and editorial content for marketing, sales, customer, product and internal communications.
As a brand ambassador in all things words, you will look to bring to life the Woolworths at Work brand consistently across every internal and external touchpoint.
We are looking for someone who loves writing - willing to dive into our diverse customer personas, understand their needs, and speak their language!
Highly skilled and versatile, with a particular flare for customer and UX content (including emails, web, blogs, social, ebooks, events and sales material).
Write, edit and proof-read copy to a high-standard at speed - championing our brand voice within the retail sector Understand B2B best practice and comms approaches Develop copy and content for both internal and external audiences across a number of industry sectors and types See the bigger picture, understand and connect different comms programs together in order to create seamless customer journeys Nurture effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring You are a skilled communicator and writer by trade, who produces high-quality, persuasive work that focuses on and drives customer action.
You are strategic, detail-oriented, and come with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
