We have an exciting opportunity for you based in our Head Office, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our vibrant, creative, and results driven Marketing team. Key responsibilities: Development and evaluation of brand and sales-oriented campaigns across Australia and New Zealand Develop marketing strategy and promotional calendar for clinic partners Implement a go-to-market plan focusing on clinic partners encompassing promotions, new product launches, and services Develop new product and promotional materials in alignment with company focus, including sell-in documents Organise and distribute POS materials (both physical and digital) and upload digital assets to clinic partner network Managing relationships with media channels for trade publications Delivering and coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print/digital ads, networking, digital, social media Project manage trade events Manage the marketing budget collaboratively, ensuring alignment with channel targets Organising and distributing POS material through the POS through clinic online platform Develop targeted sales support materials in line with the brand guidelines Constantly performing market research for purposes of assessing new and existing products Assisting with the yearly preparation of budget and planning of the division Analysis of campaigns and reporting on key metrics Preparation of quarterly reports as required Skills & Experience: Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications 3-5 years’ experience in marketing / brand management (Beauty Industry experience highly desirable) Demonstrable experience in brand communications (media and activations) and development of go-to-market plans Experience with working with B2B, distributor or stockist environments Strong understanding of how products are distributed, launched, and marketed Results and solution focused, driven by data Strong project management experience Collaborative approach, strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships High level attention to detail, motivation, energy and drive to achieve The Rewards: By joining the derma team, you won’t just become part of the derma family, you’ll also receive: A friendly, fun-loving and supportive team environment that fosters growth and development Hybrid and flexible work environment (2 days in office, 3 work from home) Access to free, professional, and confidential counselling via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Skincare perks for you & your family Additional leave days Performance rewards & recognition
