About the role
:
As the Procurement Manager (Digital), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Procurement, Property, and Fleet (PPF) business partnering model by leading the enterprise Technology stream. As a key member of the PPF Corporate and Digital Procurement team, you will drive strategic sourcing, process improvements, and change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing category strategies to meet enterprise objectives.
2. Executing strategic sourcing initiatives.
3. Delivering optimum results through intelligent tendering and sourcing, as well as effective contract and category management.
4. Engaging with business leaders and stakeholders effectively to understand and ensure that sourcing strategies accommodate business strategy and future state, and create optimum values for the business.
5. Managing the full end-to-end procurement process, including commercial contract management lifecycle, supplier relationships management, category management, and market engagements.
This role is accountable for delivering optimal results through effective tendering, sourcing, and contract management.
A little about you:
Ideally, you will have experience in senior IT management within Technology or Procurement, encompassing sourcing, supplier relationships, vendor management, and category planning. You will also have advanced conflict resolution and customer focus skills, ideally with an in-depth understanding of the energy market.
Additionally, you will have expertise in developing IT sourcing strategies that support business goals and target IT architectures. You should also have a proven ability in contract and supplier performance management, along with skills in strategic sourcing methodologies.
