Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the team in SA. This role is pivotal for driving business growth and involves a mix of client interaction and strategic planning. With a competitive salary on offer, we are looking for individuals with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic mapping of customers and business development opportunities Maintaining CRM Attending meetings with senior management Cold calling Building and managing prospect lists Achieving a monthly revenue target Skills & Experience: Sales experience in the transport/logistics industry highly advantageous Positive attitude and eagerness to seize opportunities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage in cold calling and client meetings No prior transport experience required, though advantageous Proficiency in a CRM What's in it for You?
