Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Access Pass ManagementRequest name and identification of the visitor/contractorContact the person the visitor is requesting to see to confirm meetingVerify identification and checkRequest visitor completes sign in documentation then issue passEnsures the visitor/contractor access pass is returned at the end of the visitLocker ManagementManage the employee locker allocations using the required systemEnsure all lockers are true requests, following the Storage and Locker GuidelinesRelease any locker from exiting employees for reallocationAt times, locker checks may be performed on request from HRStorage ManagementManage request for team storage either allocated to a tambour unit or fixed joineryEnsure that any tambours not in use are empty and the key kept with workplaceEnsure all team storage in use is current via the quarterly storage auditEnsure all spare keys are tagged and recorded and kept in the keytelMeeting Room/ Event ManagementManage bookings for the client meeting room spacesTake any requirements at the time of the booking and schedule as appropriate (Set up etc)Follow up bookings 48 hours in advance to reconfirm the bookingBook any catering as requiredFollow up the caterers and process invoices to the BU cost centreManage the set up and knock downBackground and ExperienceStrong receptionist / customer service backgroundPrevious experience in a FOH environment at another large organisationProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAble to demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem solvingQualificationMinimum completion of Higher School CertificateMinimum Certificate III in Hospitality preferredAustralian Citizenship requiredCurrently hold or must be willing to obtain security clearanceWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from:
