The role Our Fertiliser team operate a bulk granular and liquid fertiliser import and distribution business across WA.
As we gear up for our peak season (February to July), we're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Fertiliser team on a casual basis, located in Kwinana.
The Fertiliser Administrator will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and safe receival and weighing of fertiliser, while keeping clear communication with CBH sites, third-party sites, and our head office.
This role involves early starts at 6am, with varying finish times based on operational needs.
Key responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation that reflects on-ground activities. Communicate efficiently with truck drivers as they arrive, providing guidance on parking for sweep-out or weighbridge access. Provide additional administrative support to the Fertiliser Supervisor as needed. About you: Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with computer-based tasks. Willingness to undertake training. Why work with CBH?
