We are looking for a strong candidate to join our Administration Department and your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Process Banking.Bank Reconciliation.Process Invoices and other accounting items including Accounts Payable & Receivable, process and assist in queries.Ensure incoming mails and emails are attended.Assist to ensure all creditors invoices are processed and paid.Ensure Department Managers approve invoices in a timely manner.Any other duties that may be directed including assisting the accounts and administration department.Skills & Experience
1 years minimum experience in an administration role.Experience in automotive industry or car dealerships environment would be advantageous.Experience with Xero Accounting Software.High Attention to Detail.Current License is Essential.Ability to work within timeframes and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with managers and staff on all levels.What we offer
