Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications) Full time As the CRM Manager at al.ive body, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's customer engagement and retention strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer, this full-time position will see you managing all aspects of our customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance the customer experience and maximise loyalty. Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Management of both D2C & B2B platforms Developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Segmenting customers, targeting them with personalised campaigns, and automating communication. Overseeing the maintenance and optimisation of our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity Analysing customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and deliver personalised communications Creating engaging email marketing campaigns and content to nurture customer relationships Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with broader marketing and sales objectives Monitoring and reporting on key CRM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging CRM technologies Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related field.
