If you would like to work for an employer who invests in their people, then this is the role for you Join this iconic firm in their beautiful offices based in the inner-city Brisbane, close to public transport in this part time role, 4 days a week What you will be doing… Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Prepare the fortnightly payroll for staff across Australia nationally as well New Zealand, including lodgement for superannuation and payroll tax • Processing of creditor invoices • Processing and reconciliation of credit card and charge accounts. • Assist with the reconciliation of bank accounts • Assist with preparation of financial reconciliations and reports • Assist with human resources management eg. payroll, staff setup, leave entitlement maintenance, HR reports • Assisting in processing of debtor invoices • Updating Project Management software (Deltek) for Fee Proposals and other information What’s in it for you … You will be rewarded by working for a national firm that will remunerate you with a competitive salary incentives.
