CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Compliance Officer to join a reputable organisation in Darwin, NT.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to corporate governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring high standards across internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to ensure that policies and procedures are consistently aligned with the Internal Document Framework and Style Guide, enhancing organizational clarity and compliance.
* Oversee and maintain both internal and external document registers to ensure accurate, secure, and accessible record-keeping.
* Act as the primary point of contact for CAMMS, offering guidance and training to team members to streamline compliance management and governance reporting.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to promote a culture of compliance and uphold corporate governance standards.
* Monitor and assess internal processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, proactively addressing gaps and recommending improvements.
* Assist in preparing and executing compliance audits, compiling detailed reports, and providing valuable insights to support best practices.
* Identify and recommend enhancements to existing policies and procedures, contributing to a forward-thinking, continuously improving compliance framework.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* A Diploma in Business or a relevant qualification in administration, compliance, or governance.
* At least 3 years of experience in corporate governance, policy administration, or compliance management.
* A current National Police Records Check and a valid Driver’s Licence.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
