Your tasks
1. Prepare technical and site-specific documentation specific to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and evaluate bids/offers.
2. Provide mobilization and demobilization, management of purchase orders.
3. Create and update site documentation such as lifting plan, installation instructions, erection protocol, etc.
4. Support the development of the HSE & Quality plans with the responsible person.
5. Provide technical support to the site team and facilitate clarification with the engineering team.
6. Participate in design review meetings and ensure field related design considerations.
7. Prepare and maintain subcontractor work packages.
8. Participate in short- and medium-term work planning (Four Week Look Ahead).
9. Review and support data quality (time booking, planned hours, progress) in our construction management software, Insite LMS.
10. Support the identification, reporting and documentation of scope deviations (non-conformances, claims and change orders), risks and opportunities.
11. Monitor achievement of quality, schedule, costs, and corrective actions.
12. Conduct regular meetings for lessons learned, site status review, performance plan, etc.
Your profile
13. University diploma in Engineering or equvalent.
14. Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
15. Previous demonstrated experience in supervision of BoPm installation in the field of large hydro power projects or in similar industries. Construction and/or E&M experience is required. Experience in the Australian market is desirable.
16. Proficient technical and operational knowledge of hydro power BoPm equipment.
17. Sound knowledge construction project management best practices.
18. Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
19. Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and provide problem-solving solutions.
20. Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or equivalent. SAP knowledge is desirable.
21. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.

22. A typical roster of days in, 7 days out.
23. A typical work schedule of hours per day, 7 days per week.
