The Mountain Heritage Hotel & Falls Mountain Retreat is located in the majestic setting of Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. It offers premier boutique style accommodation, with a scenic view across the Jamison Valley. The hotel now forms part of the ICC Group with expansive hospitality offerings.
We are looking for a professional, vibrant and friendly person to join our Hotel Reception team.
About the role!
* Part-Time working a minimum of 15 hours per week .
* Conducting check in’s/Outs and creating great first impressions
* Managing enquiries and taking reservations
* Providing a positive and memorable experience & customer service to all guests
* General housekeeping duties as required
* Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail
To be successful in this role, you will have...
* Previous experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping but not essential
* Must be a people person
* You have the ability to work independently
* Must be immaculately groomed
* A willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guests
* The ability to show initiative and to be self-motivated
* A friendly and outgoing personality
* Ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
About You...
You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.
MUST be available Monday to Sunday on a rotating and flexible roster with full working rights in Australia.
