We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and mentorship to young individuals, contributing to their personal and social development.

Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with youth through mentorship and counselling.
* Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote skill-building, leadership, and personal growth.
* Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance resources and support for youth.
* Advocate for the rights and needs of young individuals within the community.
* Provide educational resources and conduct training sessions on relevant topics.
* Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to youth development.
* Managing potential behaviors of concern.
Qualifications:
* Certificate 4 or higher in Child/Youth and Family Intervention or related fields.
* Previous experience working with youth is preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of community resources and social services.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in promoting positive youth development.
* Experience with working with people with disabilities.
* An Australian driver's license is required.
