This role involves overseeing scheduling, team productivity, and project scope management while contributing to pricing strategies, financial oversight, and client relationship management.
A key focus will be on driving revenue growth, ensuring project alignment with commercial targets, and fostering a safe and collaborative workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications, possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in landscape construction or management, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing large teams.
