At 360biolabs, we develop and conduct pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) assays across a wide variety of therapeutic areas to ensure the success of our clients' clinical trials and preclinical studies.The contract and proposals team takes a leading role in the efficient management of client and partner proposals. This role will also assist in the identification of potential new customers and business opportunities.Key Responsibility AreasThe key responsibility areas (KRAs) are the major outputs which the position is responsible for and are not a comprehensive statement of the position activities.Quality and AccreditationAdhere to ISO/IEC 17025, OECD Principles of GLP, GCLP Principles, 360biolabs' Quality Management System, and other requirements as per NATA Accreditation and regulatory guidelines.Maintain awareness of, and ensure compliance with, relevant International Standards and Guidelines.Business DevelopmentInterpret clinical protocols and identify appropriate techniques/methods to use for delivery of a client study.Provide protocol/synopsis related quotes, contracts to secure new business.Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure agreements (CDA, MSA), quotations and Work Orders are aligned and finalised to maintain and develop 360biolabs' market position.Maintain awareness of the market and competitors to maintain and develop 360biolabs' market position.Analysis and ReportingReview reports on activities, revenue forecasts, timelines, scheduling conflicts when required.Assist in the production of reports and presentations as required.Key Selection CriteriaBachelor of Science (Hons) or equivalent industry experience (Essential).Experience / Knowledge / AttributesExcellent organisational and writing skills (Essential).Experience with database computer software and file management (Essential).Ability to work effectively as part of a team (Essential).Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (Essential).Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Essential).Knowledge of laboratory techniques, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic assays (Essential).Experience in the conduct of early stage clinical studies and in the processing and analysis of clinical samples (Essential).High motivation and enthusiasm for medical research and drug development (Desirable).$85,000 - $95,000 a year360biolabs is a flexible, equal opportunity employer looking for committed and like-minded people to join us.
